499 to go .....

For christmas my mum got me a 500 cupcakes and muffin receipe book you see i dont really do to well on the cooking front and if i got to have the oven on i would rather bake a nice cake than a dinner. The book is lovely so many cakes i want to eat on flicking through i saw some birthday cupcakes and they had Intial's on them "brain wave" i decided i could do TY for his party if he had a different name i probably would not have considered these ones but anyway i have to plans for his party.

Plan A - To bake them myself and have a selection with his name on them and then do the guests intials to.

Plan b - Get the plan fairy cakes from Tesco and just add the icing part.

I had a dress rehersal tonight i cant have children being the victims of horrid cakes how awful would that be. So martin and Carter get to sample them Carter just ate his and i have had no complaints but then he is a cake monster and would not probably notice if it was rank, Martin is having his with a tea in a while funny thing is i love cake but after all that i dont fancy them, maybe in a while.

Few pictures notice the size of them i made the mixture for 18 and only did 12 although i did not use it all and Martin, Carter and Ty were eating it they look like cupcakes dressed up as muffins!!
