So does the tooth fairy come if their is no tooth to collect?

Carter lost his front tooth today, really lost it, it has been hanging by a thread for the last two days and he looked so funny shame i did not get a picture but at the time i just wanted him to get it out anyway he has come home from school and cant remember it coming out just said he went to wiggle it and it was not there..

Talking of teeth i have a toothache and its persisiting it took tablets twice yesterday and i am about to take my second lot today looks like i might need the dentist not the best but it has to be done..
